Earhart PTO is a group of parents and teachers working together to support the students at Earhart Environmental Magnet. We strive to support Earhart's mission and goals. No dues are charged to be a member of PTO! Please email us if you have any questions. earhartmagentpto@yahoo.com
We are responsible for planning and are actively involved in several activities and events throughout the year. Some of those include: coordinating staff conference luncheons, scheduling spirit nights at our local businesses, giving each student Earhart T-shirts, setting up an Earhart Merchandise store, coordinating teacher appreciation week meals and gifts, and of course hosting our one and only fundraiser, Fall Festival.

To aid the students, faculty, and staff of Earhart Environmental Magnet School. Through fund-raising and family activities, we will promote open communication between the administration, faculty, parents, and the community to enhance our children’s educational environment.

New Goals for 2024 -2025
PTO plans to purchase tools to enhance camp experience and allow student to truly "bee explorers". Purchases will be made after Fall Festival to ensure we have the appropriate funds but the examples of the materials we are considering are things such as Binoculars, bug nets and boxes, fishing gear, and general upgrades of camp supplies.

Purchases from 2024-2025 so far
Snacks and food for staff during conferences
Implemented a teacher grant. The first approved purchase was books for 4th grade.
2024 student and staff shirts.
4 different holiday family sponsorship packages.
30 more tents were already purchased in the fall. We also have a list of camp supplies teachers have requested. We are in the process of narrowing it down to fit in the budget. We hope to have purchases made before the April camps. This will be a big purchase!

Meetings:
1st Tuesday of each month (except when there is no school - please check the calendar to be sure the date was not rescheduled)
6:00 PM in the Library
Free childcare is provided in the Gym.
